Background

In Germany there were 40.000 terminally ill children and young people. They would never reach adulthood. 5.000 children a day, every year. To answer the incredibly difficult questions that terminally ill children often asked, a very unique 24-hour helpline was created. The German Association of Children's Hospices set up the helpline, Oskar, to support families and offer answers. The task was to raise donations and promote the world's first 24-hour children's hospice helpline in an impactful and creative way.
