Background
A new technology has arrived to make Internet transactions in Banorte, that’s the reason to change the old token because it’s going to expire soon.
Idea
Banorte is one of the most important banks in Mexico. It has always been innovating and has remained at the forefront with their products and services. As part of this renewal, Banorte has changed the way of doing transactions online and this requires it to tell to its business customers that the current token will be obsolete and that's why it's time to switch to the new system of Corporate Banking online.
"The idea was to make a direct mail tray shaped vacuum packed food, containing dummies the old token with an expiration date."
