Background
SIMERS was a Brazilian doctors' labour union. They wanted to remind their members of what it was that had made them want to become doctors in the first place, helping people.
Idea
A video was made showing several patients who had been saved by their doctors and who wanted to be able to say thank you from the heart.
The idea was quite literally to deliver a message to doctors from the heart. A new technology was developed. A small device was fitted under the patients' arms. It emitted sounds, which travelled through their rib bones. Though these sounds were inaudible, they could be distinctly heard by the doctors through their stethoscopes.

Our Thoughts
What Matt said about this was, ‘Maybe a bit tech for tech’s sake, but it delivers a huge emotional punch’.
And it certainly does (deliver an emotional punch) but it seems to have fewer views than it deserves. Maybe a lot of Brazilian doctors got to see it but not many others. What I’d say is that with four hours of video being uploaded to YouTube every second, great video needs all the help it can get to be viewed and shared. And that means spending a bit of money on it, running it as Trueview advertising, perhaps.
It is no longer a case of, if it is good they will come. They need to be cajoled and corralled.
