Background
To win a Titanium Lion, a Grand Prix or a Gold Lion in Cannes is every creative’s wet dream. But it’s very very hard... So how to keep their people motivated, despite all these obstacles?
Idea
They plasticized the diplomas that come with the awards. And they use them as placemats during lunch. Seeing these Golds, and Grand Prix helps them perform better in the afternoon. Proving that hard work can be very rewarding. And inspiring them to dream big.
