Background

For a few years, digital technology, particularly mobile digital technology, has been a strategic point of contact for banks. A newcomer on the market, Hello bank! wanted to launch with just one objective in mind: to offer the best application to those who want to stay permanently connected with their accounts. A bank has never offered such a service in a single application. It's the first completely mobile bank.

Idea

For its launch, Hello bank! wanted to position itself as a premium bank dedicated to mobile device users, entirely adapted to new ways of banking. All that remained to demonstrate was that an institution as complex as a bank can exist as a simple application.

The idea was to revisit a classic using the best technology.

In collaboration with the conductor Libor Pesek and the musicians of the Czech National Symphony Orchestra, all of the orchestra's instruments were made to perform Carmen using mobile devices.

Results

There were 11 Mio views on youtube. The campaign generated strong brand awareness and customers recruitment, exceeding expectations.
