Background
Advance is so confident in the quality of their pet food they offer a 100% money-back satisfaction guarantee on their entire range of pet food.
They wanted pet owners to question the nutritional value of the pet food they were currently buying to try Advance.
Idea
When animals are hungry, their tongues hang out. To symbolize how appetizing Advance pet foods are, rubber tongues were left hanging out of mailboxes.
Attached to each was a card explaining that Advance gives pets all the nutrition they crave. A web address with a store locator drove purchase.
